Build a new digital presence for new patients and restructure the inbound patient process internally for the practice.
A new website was developed to identify and share all of the services of the practice. Also, new business intelligence was added to determine the most profitable services of the practice. This combined with new accounting practices streamlined the internal structure of the practice.

To recreate the Colonial brand LLC for the mattress industry and to create two new sister businesses: K-5 Solutions and Colonial Promotions.
